Note: The filed map of Hither Hills includes Sheet 1, Sheet 2 and the westerly Fort Pond Bay Reservation ommitted from sheet 1. Hither Hills (Sheet 2) was abandoned in 1938 and replatted. The N.Y. Supreme Court, however, has ruled that the abandonment did not affect the rights burdening the Reservations shown on the original filed map. Sheet 2 of the Plan of Hither Hills includes the "Ocean View Reservation" currently held by the MBPOA.
